Andres Bonifacio, de facto national hero of the Philippines

On November 30, 1863, the Filipino nationalist revolutionary Andres Bonifacio was born. Although he was one of the key anti-imperialist leaders of the Philippines, he suffered at the hands of other revolutionaries due to his low social standing and lack of education.

On this, Andres Bonifacio's 149th birthday, let's take a moment to remember everyone who has fought for freedom and justice around the world, whether they were doctors, lawyers, fruit vendors, or any other profession. Happy birthday, Andres Bonifacio y de Castro!
